Stephanie Wu

Stephanie has always been passionate about health and wellness from a young age. She started dance as a little girl, was an avid runner in high school, became a gym rat in college and began consistently practicing yoga in 2016. She immediately fell in love with the practice not only for the way it made her feel physically, but also emotionally and spiritually. 

Yoga brings a heightened level of awareness and consciousness that continues to shift her perception of reality and brings clarity to some of life’s most difficult questions. 

She completed her 200-hour Power Yoga Teacher Training in 2018, a 100-hour Foundations of Sound Healing Training in 2019 and is also a KRI-Certified Instructor of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. She has taught yoga workshops with her partner all over the world in Japan, South Korea, the Philippines, San Diego and Hawaii.

When she’s not teaching classes in Hawaii, she enjoys stand up paddle boarding, hiking, creating healthy recipes, making pottery and educating others about the powerful healing properties of essential oils.
