This 200-hour teacher training program is designed to ignite your yoga practice, awaken your soul, and prepare you to be the most powerful, authentic, and compassionate teacher to share this practice with others.

HYBRID TRAINING - This training will be a hybrid approach of self-paced digital learning and in-person sessions.  Since this program was launched in Spring of 2021, this approach has been proven to be not just as effective as our in-person trainings, but also the perfect platform for those who need more flexibility in their schedule.  We also acknowledge the value of community and optimizing learning while sharing breath in the same space and time.

PROGRAM CONTENT
- Power Vinyasa Flow
- Teaching beginners
- History of Yoga, its teachings and philosophy
- Mindfulness practice, guided meditation, and pranayama
- Human Anatomy & Energetic Anatomy (Chakras)
- Ayurveda
- Common injuries and management
- Assist and empower (hands-on assists and self-assists)
- Karma Yoga - bringing the practice to the community
- Giving and receiving feedback
- How to develop and deliver a transformational class
- The business and ethics of yoga

Training will be a hybrid of 6 weekends of in-person sessions and self-paced digital learning.  The 6 weekends of in-person dates at Power Yoga Hawaii in Honolulu off Piikoi Street are:


1) January 10, 11, 12
2) January 24, 25
3) February 7, 8, 9
4) February 21, 22
5) March 7, 8
6) March 21, 22, 23

Black Friday Special Tuition fee:
BLACK FRIDAY = $3K ($750 DISCOUNT) paid in full by 12/2

Tuition fee:
$3,750 w/ a $1,000 deposit.  The rest is payable until program completion.
